In past days (January 22nd through the 25tth) José E. Valentín Mercado, Ph.D ( to the right), rector of UNINI in Puerto Rico and Luis Alonso Dzul, Ph. D (to the left), rector of UNINI in Mexico got together to determine the action plans, according with the academic collaboration and other activities between both universities.
