Our programs offer educational support based on the use of new technologies: the Virtual Campus. This innovative tool complements the student’s printed study material and can be used by all students, regardless of whether they follow a traditional or virtual modality.
Both learning modalities use the learning model adopted at UNIB, ensuring students without Internet access (the traditional modality) can follow the study programs normally—the only difference lies in the reception, completion, and submission of assessments.
The virtual campus allows:
- Sharing opinions, experiences, and knowledge asynchronously with other students.
- Quick content search.
- Database of frequently asked questions and answers.
- News and updates forums on different areas of the food industry.
- Immediate correction of multiple-choice exams, including an explanation of why the answer marked by the student is correct or incorrect.
- Self-assessment questions with solutions and explanations.
- Links to recommended websites with a brief explanation of their content.
- Terminology glossary.
- Know about future events that will take place in any part of the world.
- Viewing all documentation with a highly visual structure for students.
- Updates to documentation immediately available to students.
The Campus has thus become a reference point from anywhere in the world, allowing students to interact by connecting from any device, as well as establishing communication with students and programs in other countries.
Content Presentation and Delivery
Students receive the updated printed material in stages, in addition to having it available on the Virtual Campus. This facilitates learning, allowing students to study both on paper and online.
